We are currently an active guild of (22) players (7,194,600 GP) based out of Japan with a mix of Japanese and American player. The guild is made up of mostly US Marines with a few buddies scattered about the US. We don't discriminate or have any crazy rules just after 30 days of inactivity you will be booted. We currently run Tier VI Rancor twice a week and can knock out the NHAAT once a week. Like everyone we are pushing to complete both Heroic AAT and Heroic Rancor but need more player. No level requirement currently, our lowest level player is 44. We currently don't use an outside app for communication but if the guild does grow large enough the requirement may arise.
