Always get the same mods

I don't know if it's intended but I always get the mods of the first column. I think I have about 100 unused mods ("square", diamond, circle) and still half of my characters don't have an arrow, a cross, or even worse, a triangle.
Is it intended to be that way ?

They have a significantly higher drop rate.

Left side mods have about a 75%. Crosses get about 12.5% and triangles/arrows 6.25% each. And primary/secondaries stats also do not have even splits. Making the perfect mod your looking for literally 1 in a 1000000

OK, thanks. Took me 3 days just to get one 4 star triangle. It's quite hard to equip my toons.
