As well as one for YOUR toons that are ability blocked. I hate when Lando misses 2 crits in GW and I can’t tell cause on his turn he has an ability block.
This issue has been brought to attention by others before.... and certainly deserves a spotlight again.
IMO, if they're going to visibly show turn meter, and allow us to check character mods and stars before battle, then the argument for "strategy" is null & void.
It could also seriously de-clutter the screen, which is currently a HUGE problem. Often times characters have so many buffs/debuffs over their heads that they overlap and you can't even read who has what. Abilities, their respective cool-downs, and all status effects could easily be displayed in one easy-to-read graphic at the top of the screen when a character is selected for view

A buff/debuff icon with a number in it could also be used to designate how many of that kind a character has, eg. DoT and HoT.

I think the guessing an anxiety should be part of the game, it's a part of the strategy. In any battle, why would you ever get to know what the enemy is about to do. If you really wanted to know, then they should make it an ability. (yoda would make total sense)
IMO, The offensive/speed aspect is a huge part of combat as is, why make it even stronger?
Pay attention? Knowing characters and counting cooldowns is a huge part of the strategy.
Rex's cleanse, R2's soft taunt, DN's Annihilate, Thrawn's Fracture, ect are all key abilities that you should keep track of.
I'm decent at Blackjack at the casino, but it's only by following basic strategy, not from counting cards... I can't count cards. Would rather the game play like chess, can see all the pieces on the board, see where they can move. Granted chess doesn't have turn meter for each piece, nor do I know which piece my opponent will move next... but I can see his peices (knowing where they might go).

I believe the stacked buff/debuffs are coming
such laziness, telling devs give us that give us this.
