Possible Fulcrum Bug?

I was at GW yesterday and on node 12 got a gear 12 fulcrum as a part of a cls team. Used my zFinn team to ear everyone else, and than (because the exposes didn't stick), lost them all to fulcrum. So, I went in with my Jyn team. I found out that while the debuffs didn't stick to her (as a part of her unique), the exposes that followed (due to Jym lead) stayed on her until the end of the next turn (anybody's turn). And the exposes worked normaly when I attacked her. Is this a bug or WAI?

This is more to do with Jyn than Fulcrum. The expose from Jyn's lead doesn't happen until the turn is over anyway, I think. In a situation where a Rebel debuffs a counter attacker, for example, the debuffs will land, the character will counter, and then the expose will go on.
