What is Answers HQ?

Answers HQ (AHQ) is more than a support forum — it's a global community focused on players helping players – here we’ll be able to ensure that our SWGOH players will get the best possible experience when looking for help with their game.

SWGOH support on Answers HQ is now available in your language! You will be able to find help in: German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese and Russian.
Who will help me?
While Answers HQ is all about players helping players, you’ll also find dedicated EA staff on hand replying to threads and investigating reported issues – you’ll be able to recognize them by their EA or CG forum tag.
Which questions will I be able to post on AHQ?
We’ll be opening Bug Reports, Technical Issues and Game Information boards to make sure we can capture all support related questions. At the same time, you’ll also be able to find direct links to all the existing SWGOH forum boards so you can easily navigate between both forums.
What happens to the old Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes forum Bugs and Issues?
Bugs and Issues will soon be moved to the Archive section of the SWGOH boards. This means you can still visit and read the existing content on this board, but you won’t be able to add new posts. At the same time, you will find a new Bugs and Issues section pop up that will link you directly to Answers HQ where going forward, we’re ready to take on all your support related questions.
When is the move happening?
We’re planning to archive the current Bugs and Issues board by Monday, October 16th. After that date, all support related questions will have to be posted on Answers HQ (Please note that this may be liable to change, which will be announced to the community).
