Can anyone advise how to make EA support understand that I cannot prove a Gift Card has been redeemed and that the bonus was not activated in order to get what I am entitled to under the terms of the promotion.
Try to redeem the same Gift code in Google Play again. You will get an error pop up that you have already redeemed that code. Take a screenshot of that.

Ya, same Problem here (Germany) with a 50€ Google Play Giftcard from Starselect. The Google Play Service just said thats not their problem, EA has to fix it O_o

I tried it a long time to get my reward for my start select card. I send a lot of mails to EA help and called them with no result. At the end I bought a second card at a local retailer shown on the list and it works fine. So stop buying cards from Start Select. It won't work.

The deals we get are as follows:
1500yen-4999yen 4star Rey and 400 crystals
5000yen-9999yen 4star Rey and 675 crystals
10000yen-49999yen 4star Rey and 925 crystals
1US dollar is approx. 110-115yen
Any reasons to why Japanese players get
substantially less amount of shards and crystals compare to original wal-mart deal,
which was 7star Rey and 3000crystals with the purchase of 50US dollar gift card.
To earn 3000crystals, players in Japan must purchase 19500yen worth of giftcards.
I'd really like a response to this.
Issues like this (especially whenclear explanation isn't provided) is what makes me not want to support your game/company.
Without explanations, we feel like we've been left out
Just take a look at Japanese version of your (swgoh) website and see how it hasn't been up-to-date
Will small countries with smaller player bases always be left out/left behind?
Can anyone confirm that the Google Play cards from Target work now? The original post lists Target and Kroger dates separate from the main listing but I'm a bit wary given that there's been issues already
NIce, several people can buy 25% more crystals with the promo gift cards theyve bought but they arent available for all countries, thinks like that make my wallet happy

Purchased a 50€ gift card from Carrefour physical store in France, redeemed it without any trouble and got my reward (3000 cristals, 330 Rey scavenger shards and 1.75 million credits)

Says in official post it should work . I bought one 150 pln from allegro , reedemed but no bonus . After 2 days and few hours on phone with google and EA , sent them like 10 diffrent ****'s my case was sent from polish guys from ea to some mystic team of specialists and im waiting . Should be replied in 72h but in practice they told me that i should call them in 2 weeks if no reply . Kinda crap . Will post more info when i get some anwser .

Tbh ea help is complete crap , by comparision i have had problem with nvidia geforce now service . Went to website , 2 clicks and im chatting in my language . Took me like 3 min to get things done . Nvidia ftw . Ea is **** , maybe peeps will burn them to ground
