    Doh! I didn't try standing on my head yet! My lack of gymnastics skills could be my undoing ...

    Anyway, I redeemed my second $50 card, so it's at least during the promotional period.
    As expected, nothing from it either.
    And still no help from EA into the 6th day of my case. Thanks EA.
    I was really tempted to actually buy a starter pack or two. I think not now.

    Just a warning. You can get up to 3 of these. When I purchased my cards, I got 3 of them, when spamming the redeem reward button, it went through twice and it resulted in a $70 charge for the bundle, even though i had already used my 3 free ones. I had to go through google play to get a refund as I didnt get any of the items as I had exceeded my 3 for the account.

    TLDR: if you go over 3, you pay $70 and get nothing.

    Latest response from EA help -> I need to provide them with my player ID....

    Of course, I had included my player ID in each of the previous emails/messages to them via 'my cases' on the issue.

    For UK people just wanted to warn you start select DOES NOT work but i bought a £50 from whsmith and received rey within seconds.

    I bought a 50$ google play card and the promo rewards went to the guest account on my phone instead of my google play account where I redeemed the google play card... called help support and they said "nothing they can do" can't wait to sue them

    Got a $50 google play card as a gift today. Read that you can redeem until end of January but didnt get any pop ups after redeeming in play store or anything in game. Am I too late?

    Hard to say - the info about the promotion has been quite unclear all along. What gelvatron posted above conflicts with other moderator posts, and in store flyers I've seen, so it's basically one big mess.
    But even if you are eligible, many of us didn't get the rewards anyway.
    Best bet is open a support case and try to be patient... good luck.

    You'll get rewards for 3 each of the 10, 25, and 50 dollar versions. I did a fourth of one and didn't get it. But even on Sunday (NYE) I cashed 3 ten dollar ones in and got the rewards x3. (Which helped me to finally get CLS unlocked.)

    Out of interest, how long has it taken for others to get this resolved?

    Its now been 9 days since raising case on ea help for me and im still waiting for a "specialist" to resolve.

    For those who have not received them. Follow these instructions. I spent 2 weeks waiting to get someone to answer my case on why i had no received my rewards. Found these on google's website and it worked.

    Open the Google Play Store app Google Play.
    Tap Menu Menuand thenAccountand thenRewards.
    Follow the instructions to use your reward

    That only works if the promotion actually worked when you redeemed your card. EA support ask you to try the above when you contact them.

    For the vast majority of people who didnt get the promoted rewards there are no rewards listed here because the promotion just did not work. Nada. Zip. Nothing. No rewards. No pop-up.

    13 days now and I am still waiting for EA support to fix this.

    It was 2 weeks for myself i could see the rewards on my google account but the game would not redeem it. The EA support asked me to go in game and hit restore purchases. This didn't work so they kept telling me they would forward my ticket and i would go about a week with no response. So i would contact them again and then the same thing and finally after the second week i did some searching and found the above.

    Yup I got asked Player I'd & where I bought them when that was in original contact. All I get as a response is my pictures aren't clear, send more. I've sent 3 lots! They're as clear as they're getting. I even typed out all the codes (for 6 cards) 3* $50 & 3*$20. One email came back, we can't deliver this as the email address is no longer monitored. I had to copy & paste & resend. Still they say they have no more clear pictures, resend. The really frustrating thing is I bought 3*$30 ones 1st & after they worked I bought the rest a WK later. How come they worked & these didn't??? These are the first Google Play cards I've ever bought & after this **** they'll probably be the last. After all the money I've spent on this game it should have been resolved after the second contact I made.

    2 weeks since raising a case and over one week since it eventually got sent to a specialist and still no response. Have sent numerous enquiries asking about progress and not getting any reply. @CG_Kozispoon @CG_Carrie anything you can do to get EA customer support to, you know, support your customers?

    The promotion for Android users said that we receive 3 x per price card gifts, and the highest gift would be 7 stars Rey + crystals, but for brazilians the R$ 300 cards have the same gift of R$ 100 cards, that is 5 stars Rey + 3000 crystals, plus receive nothing if you brought 3 X R$ 100 before. My guild have players of many countries and only Brazilians had this treatment. I opened the ticket and in the end only said that the R$100 have same prize than R$ 300 and i received prizes by it, that is nothing from the R$300 cards. Why the promotion dont said it? Why many other countries receive 7 stars Rey and brazilians only 5 stars?

    OK so I had to get a workmate to take more pics & email them to me with his better pH. Few hrs later I get a response that u can only redeem offer 3 times so please accept 600 crystals. Um no I wrote I won't accept that for 6 cards $210. I copied & pasted Kozis q&a that u can redeem each offer 3 times. Quick as lightning they came back reiterating its only 3 times & 600 crystals is best he can do. I said he better pass it onto someone who can give me what your spokesperson Kozi offered & the in-store signage. I wouldn't be bought off for that.

    Seems I’m one of the few success stories in AU. Bought one $50 from EB games just before Xmas and redeemed fine through google play store and got prompt that reward added to swgoh and there it was in my inbox

    Went back and got 2 more and both redeemed fine.

    I know it’s obvious but you have to be logged into same google account in both google play and swgoh on same device. I double checked that before redeeming - as in I started to make a crystal purchase to make sure it showed the same account

    Little help please @CG_Kozispoon , I'm hitting my head against a brick wall here.
    EA considers you one valuable player, be happy. I spent a lot, when mods was launched i brought hundreds and they nerfed all to minimun stats without refund or any conpensation, and now they launched the promo saying that receive gifts 3X per card and the highest gift is 7 stars Rey, but if you are brazilian you receive nothing from R$ 300 cards if you brought 3X R$ 100 cards and the highest gift was 5 stars Rey. My ticket was answered that R$ 100 cards receive the same gifts that R$ 300 and i received for what i paid, but i received nothing for R$ 300 cards and that information should be said before, not after. Seems they dont have any respect for brazilians, even for the ones that spent a lot with the game. You at last have some respect from them

    So i bought a 10$ gift card for some crystals on my second account and it said it rewarded me with a full Rey and some crystals Yay :). Unfortunately when i booted up GoH it said error and i had to restart. Is there a way to manually claim this reward? Thanks in advance.

    Is it in your inbox? Or did it already give you the crystals and Rey? I know some people thought they didn't get it but they had to go in and manually activate rey
