PLEASE fix TB stalemate situations

I had in phase 3 a 5* Bariss Offee & 6* Jedi consular Vs elite snow trooper ops running in stalemate combat for 10 maybe 15 minutes, with no exit available! Auto x4 kept using their heal power and when I tried manual without healing, the result was unchanged.
PLEASE find a way to recognise & resolve this
In the end I had no choice but to reset the iPhone, only to find that earlier defeated waves had not been counted, as if I'd been defeated by the first wave!!
"Ripped off in a major way" is how I'm feeling

I'm currently in the same situation. Akbar vs Snowtrooper Ops. Been running on auto battle for over an hour. I really don't want to reset and lose the completed waves.

Not a fix and not always easy.... but you do want to take down the Ops first. This is for anyone having a rough time in general, too.
