TB Phase Start Times

I am a first time guild leader helping to shepherd my guildmates through TB. I am mostly enjoying the experience. The one thing that would be a great help to me is if the beginning of each phase did not occur in the middle of my workday (noon CST). The beginning of each phase is when the situation is most dynamic. People with questions will ask them, and somebody has to make a quick decision about which platoons to focus on. I can't do that effectively while I am at work. Can we please consider changing the phase start times to Guild Reset? That occurs after work hours for me and most of the community, so we can devote *leisure* time to TB strategy.

Your 'middle of the day' is somebody else's middle of the night.

Here it starts at 6pm, most are not home from work, I suppose this is why it's been left at 24 hrs for now.

That's why I suggested Guild Reset as the start time, which is evening local time of each guild.

I do prefer a change as well, even better if we can manually set it.
Over here it starts at 1am (yes!), and it's really taking a toll on my guild leaders...
