BUG : Bought whole lot of shards in G/W to convert into shardshop got nothing !

I bought a whole lot of shards to convert in the shard shop ( i have all G/W chars at 7* so it is all of them. When I went to the ShardShop to convert it got NOTHING! and all of the G/W shards went MIA.
I lodged a ticket and have no response
