Thinning the herd of allies - help?

I'm now approaching 50 allies at level 85 with leaders at L85. After I make sure the visible leaders are all 7*, how do I find the weakest/least desirable and make way for "better" allies (without setting up a database of allies I have)?
Suggestions much appreciated.

I would start by removing non guild memebers or people you can't communicate with. Not being able to ask for a certain lead to add to your team doesn't help that much.

Or check their last played date and get rid of the inactives
