Can Old Ben be added to shipments?

For those of us that are still a long way from having Old Ben at 7* for the next time CLS swings around, could he be added to shipments or other store location. As much as i enjoy the 1-2 shard drop a day from his cantina node, it would be good to have a place where i can spend a few crystals on 3 shards to help build him up faster. I don't think this sould be a big deal as leia is in the store and leia and STH are easy farms from the squad arena store.

I could spend the crystals on energy refresh, but sometimes prefer the guarantee of the store.

Cantina farm should suffice. Hoth soldier on the other hand needs a little love

Hoth soldier shows up in shipments and guild event store. I get him from those places when i can. Thats why i think old ben needs some love. I'd also like finn in a store, but almost have him 7* after 3mths of farming.
