Good attitude and motivated to progress

Raids
Heroic Rancor: 3 times a week 24 hour ZERO damage period 10pm eastern kill (10 minute free for all)

Heroic Tank: 2 times a week. 24 hour ZERO damage period 8pm eastern start. (5 minute phase 1, the rest of the raid is about 2 hours)
