Also the enemie GK was stunned with foresight but got hit with foresight on. IDK if WAI stun IDK
This off topic, but this part you mention has been around for a while. the discussion is pages and pages and pages back. GK has a visual bug in certain conditions. His foresight icon above his head can sometimes does not go away. making it appear that he still has foresight but technically he doesn't and gets hits accordingly. that may be what are seeing for this piece.
Stunned characters cannot dodge so a Stunned character with Foresight will still get hit, and since it did not Dodge, the Foresight is not consumed.

This does not appear to be a bug.Just Barriss’ Zeta ability healing her again and again like a boss!
