Why does Endurance get so much Tactics?
Endurance's Tactics growth is 11.something per level, while its Strength is 7.something. Tactics increases Special damage, Special crit chance, and Resistance--only Endurance has no abilities that use Special damage or crit, and you can't attack Capital ships so Resistance is a non-factor.
All its attacks are Physical Damage, which is increased through Strength. So what gives?
