General Kenobi leadership ability bugged?

Padawan Ahsoka is the only healer in the game at the same time uses healing for the whole team and does damage. And when she use "protective maneuver" for target with more then 50% health under General's Kenobi leadership ability, her damage less on 50%. But in ability it is said that: "all other allies at full health are called to assist, dealing 50% less damage". Not the healer-damager, but all the others.
Under the remaining leadership abilities, damage is dealt correctly

Looked at mechanics to Ahsoka's move, and it looks like the order is:

If health >50%, heal,
If Kenobi leader tag, modify all ally damage by -50%,
Call bonus move for all allies at 100% health that are not Ahsoka,
Deal damage.

So this does indeed look like a bug with Ahsoka under Kenobi lead.

But the bug lies with Ahsoka in dealing with Kenobi's lead handler, not necessarily with Kenobi himself.
