Luke IBAT or Ezra?

I'm getting ready to round up on a new zeta ability. I'm having some trouble deciding which may be best. I hear a lot of good about Luke's It Binds All Things. But Ezra's zeta would make him be able to power house even strong opponents down rather quickly if you were to have him Flourish. Then attack again due to the 75% tm gain and +50% damage increase, and have him use his assist attack.

Will be running this team for arena:
CLS(L), zzR2, zRaid Han, Old Ben, Ezra

Let me know what everyone thinks.

Ezra got a really solid zeta, either him or Hera is getting my next. With his triple tags Ezra can fit into a bunch of squads and improve and get tons of use out of his zeta.

That said, IBAT is FAR better.
