I got all the necessary components to craft a certain gear to fill a slot but once I pressed craft it remoced all the components but didn't craft the gear.. first time it's ever happened to me though

I think I had something similar just now - I had crafted one of the +25 agi components which requires 50 purple components. I went to equip it on Rey, but and it all looked like it worked, but she's still showing as not having the item worked and I don't have either the components or the crafted item.
