The Galen Initiative is a small, inclusive alliance made up of 3 guilds:

1. BobasBerserkers - HPit on farm and very close to HAAT
2. Sentinels of the Force - T5 or T6 Pit 3x per week (close to HPit), NAAT
3. UK TR8Rs - newly recruiting. Will be built from ground zero. Looking to do T3-T4 Pit for new members and NAAT.

If any of these guilds fit what you're looking for, feel free to reach out to me whether you're a guild looking for a merge or a single player needing a more fun and competitive place to play we've got a place for you in our small alliance!

And I should add, "alliance" to us means a place where multiple guilds share conversation and strategy. We do not boot members to add higher level members or force members to move to lower guilds - we let people grow where they fit the best. The only thing that'll get you the boot here is repeatedly not following instructions and being inactive for more than 7 days.
