Playing gw, she gets turn meter but that's all, I guess this is expected, buggy, and untested. Push push rush rush fix fix

She no longer gains offense and crit chance up. Now she gains 15% offense and crit chance, stacking until the end of the battle. This isn't a buff and can't be dispelled. It's way better than before.

Generally the rework is nice. But she is still far too slow and her speed mechanic makes her unusable against many LS squads.
