Today I started playing squad arena. I played 4 battles and then the game put a 14 hour break before I could battle again without using crystals. How can I avoid this? Thanks for any advice

You can't. You only get so many battles per day.

you can't, you're limited to 5 battles a day. If you want another 5 attempts you're gonna have to pay 50 crystals to refresh.
