Is this enough to 7* R2? Help would be appreciated

Palpatine gear 9
Tarkin gear 8
RG gear 8
Stormtrooper gear 8. Also could gear 9 if needed.
TFP gear 8. Could also gear 9 (don’t want to waste valuable gear I need for my arena squad if it won’t get me R2)
They would all have pretty decent mods as well.

Hard to say for sure, but definitely switch your arena mods to your Empire squad when trying the R2-D2 event, and try a bunch of times. Getting good RNG is really the key to winning.
