Geo Soldier Swarm ability bug
So I unlocked level 5 of Swarm with the minus 1 cooldown. However, I notice that the cooldown counter is still 3 turns. Seems like a bug because the cooldown of the GS on my other, older account is just 2 turns (as in, you can fire off Swarm every other turn). Isn't just a visual bug either since I can't fire off Swarm again until I've used the regular shot twice.
