Not getting Guild Rewards? Once or more than a few times...

Has anyone noticed that sometimes, the Guild Daily Reward doesn't come on time or at all? I've found this a regular weekly thing and with my new Guild, it does take time to farm those Rewards. So when they don't come, there's no feedback on this issue, it takes longer. And who do we complain too? And who likes complaining at all, when otherwise this is a great game. I do find someone does read these and it is my hope, if you have similar lack of Rewards, we let EA know, so it can be fixed.
