Swgoh.gg account is wiped out

Hoping the Swgoh Guys see this...
Re-entered my ally code and player ID about 10 times (keeping the cooldown in mind) and my collection isn’t syncing.
The only thing that’s showing up is my name, what chats I use and my ally code. Characters and mods and ranks aren’t coming though.
