BB-8: BB-8's Covert Data Transfer will now always apply to ally without Secret Intel.

I don't have BB8 max how does this change effects bb8?

I think it was incorrectly giving secret intel to an ally that already had it.

There wasn't a change to the ability, there was just a bug in it where the buff wasn't applying to allies without it.
