Buying Thrawn

Okay I didnt know where to ask this as im new to forums, but i wanted to know if there will ever be a way to buy thrawn or how do you unlock him without tons of grind, thrawn is one of my favorite characters and i think i missed the event and i really wanted him so is there any way i will be able to get him?

...and thank god for that. Imagine the huge slap in the face of people who spent countless hours grinding for it, if you could just throw down af few benjamins...

To be fair, it only takes a few seconds to hit "multi-sim," so grinding here isn't a "countless hours" thing, so much as how long it takes before you can stop simming that node.

But, aren't Phoenix in chromiums? You could just drop a few thousand dollars and hope you get them that way.
