Him or Him ? (and recommendations)

Based on my squad below :
1 - Who should be my leader ... Sid, Pharma, Lumi or QGJ ?
2 - Which 5 players should I work with and promote? My current squad is the first 5 in the list below.
3 - Which player should I go after (and to replace who) ... Dooku, Rey, Gen Soldier or Barriss?

Top players in my squad (4*+):
Sid 6*
Lumi 6*
QGJ 5*
Jedi con 5*
Kylo 4*
Phasma 5*
Daka 4*
Asaij 4*
Vader 4*

You should always go after Rey. She takes forever and should be a long term work in progress and is top notch with almost any team. Next go for GS since he's an easy farm. No need for Barriss in arena, but good for GW if you struggle with it. Dooku is awesome in the current meta, but you don't have any glass canons atm so I'd still go for GS.

looks like you could have a great lineup with

Sid
Kilo
GS
Dooku (sub lumi since you won't have Dooku for a while)

Thanks! Well right now Dooku is 33/50 and Rey is 35/80... while GS is 0/10. Even if I get him I guess I won't be playing him until he's at least 3 or 4 stars.

No love for QGJ? While I'm farming Dooku, should I make QGJ my leader or Phasma?

Right now, I'd run:

Ventress(lead), Daka, QGJ, Lumi, Sid

Rush GS and sub out Sid (maybe Lumi) for him.

I think that would be a contender for top 5 if you can get them to 7*

You will get GS to 4* faster than Rey or Dooku. He is on cantina

GS is a 22-day farm to 7* (15 shards per day). Dooku right afterwards (also hard nodes).
QGJ from shipments
Sid - max him out, make him leader
Lumi - max her out

As a long term project, also continue working on Rey, but don't use until it is 6*

Also, farm Daka after QGJ is done. Later, when Daka is done, put her instead of Luminara.

Sounds like a good plan! But how can I get 15 GS shards a day though??
