Guild Notifications

Was wondering if Guild Notifications still have a pending status. Many in my guild want to see them return. Keep seeing content get pushed out but not much word about notifications coming back. Any idea?

They are working on it, have a few bugs to iron out,many are looking to get that back in game hopefully soon.
