Dev announcement page issue

Small annoyance but I would like to mention it here.
Why is it that whenever I look at the Dev announcement page, the most recent announcement is rarely at the top of the list? Here is a current pic
I even looked at the announcement on the 8th to see if it was edited after the 10th but it was edited the 8th it says so why is the Credit heist Droid smuggling announcement from 2 days later 6th on the list?
It would help my sanity if these posts were in order. Thank you
