More Officers and/or TB Postions?

Many guilds now employ "Territory Battle Generals", or something similar, to manage TBs in addition to Officers due to the time investment TB requires. With the new in-game features for managing TBs being presumably only for Officers, the full burden of TB falls back onto Officers. I think adding a few more Officer spots to guilds, or perhaps a "TB" spot that grants access to in-game TB features, would heavily benefit highly active guilds that monitor TBs carefully.

  • A quarter master that could make trades in the guild would be cool. They get a screen and players can put up what they can spare verse what they need and the officer can make daily transactions.

Comms officer that could make direct inquires to specific players would be cool.

New TW would be cool if you could give a special banner to key players - Captains - bonus on defense for even fielding the banner - extra points on offense for taking the team down.

Out of 50 people - Guild Leader - 2 staff officers, quarter master, comms, would be a decent 10%. Captain/Hero rolls on TW should be a reward - just holding it should give something - a kind of way to thank a good guildy, if you will.

If you trust them enough to run TB, why not trust them with just a little more responsibility and make them an officer?

  • How many officers can a guild have right now? Is there a limit?
