You're more likely to one shot anyone with Sid as leader. This will get you off to a good start on any round. When you're on the defense, people are going to take out Rey as fast as possible, so phasma isn't going to be very helpful with Rey.

Phasma can maybe give Rey an assist. If that allows her to get foresight up, you'll probably win. Also, she has a guaranteed buff for Rey, which gives her an extra strike in her third skill when you use it on turn 2. I'd probably go with Phasma, since it's doubtful that QGJ will be able to time his buff consistently for Rey's 2nd turn. And with the turn meter boost from Phasma's 2nd skill, she's probably going to get a 2nd turn. You could also go QGJ lead and drop both.
