I don’t have him unlocked I was 40/80...I’m still only 40/80 and nothing yet. I was told just to wait but it’s been a minute...this is the only device I play on and my only account.
This was awesome! Thanks for the shards EA. This is the second time in just about two years that EA thought about their base. I am so kitten shocked that they did this.
Anyone else find it slightly ironic that EA's basically unlocking Kylo for those that don't have it in GoH, even if you haven't bought BF2 - but yet Kylo is locked in BF2 if you actually buy the game?
Since they’re just giving away something that so many paid for, 100 $ Kylo package, I feel they should also give everybody who paid for that character already the 100$ in form of a Vault Crystal pack. And law says you cannot argue someone’s feelings when they fall within the confines of rational or general thinking.

......There was never a pack that was $100 for 40 shards. If there was, that was a BAD PACK.
So I started a 2nd account on my son’s iPad and I didn’t get the free Kylo. I called the help desk and they were no help. @CG_Kozispoon help please.

This promotion is Limited to one per device. Meaning that if you log onto multiple accounts via the same device, you will only receive the promotion once. In order to receive the promotion on multiple accounts, you will need to access it via another device.
So I didn't get any kylo shards even though I got the message from ea saying I would get free shards if u already had kylo. Plus I just got mace windu full to 7 stars but didn't get any shards for the shard store

I got the message twice by logging in on 2 different devices but only received the shards once (kylo). Did this maybe happen to you too?
In order to get shard shop currency you must first have MORE than 100 shards for them, then you must promote them, and then you have to enter the shard shop. Did you meet all of these requirements in order (the first two can be flip flopped of course)?
Nope I only have one account and yes I met the req I unlocked the shard shop with my first characer and just got my second full star character so I should have gotten some shards to get a character

I love EA and the Devs And CG so much and would never bash them. My last post was deleted and I was warned for bashing but it wasn’t on purpose. They are the very best ever. But anyway I got the message saying I recieved my 80 Kylo shards after buying BF2. But never recieved them. Then I sent in a ticket and they told me to wait 24 hours and then write them back if I didn’t. I wrote them back after 24 hours and they told me to play the game and do my dailies until feb 1st and maybe I’d get the shards. Just facts. No bashing here towards my most beloved company ever. So anyway has anyone else had this problem and/or know about going how to fix it? The support was very dismissive and made me feel bad for even reopening my case after they closed it before anything was resolved.
Didn't know about the promotion until I bought the BF2 for my PS4. Inquired with EA, and they told my since I did not pre order the BF2 (bought it from GameStop new, day before Thanksgiving), that I did not qualify for the Rey and Kylo characters... Although I never mentioned Rey. Been on GoH for over a year, with only one account, and already had the 7* Kylo, was looking to get the 80 shards to promote my General G...
I tried installing the game on another Android phone, using the /kyloren address. It immediately logged me into my current account, but no message or shards. I hard stopped the app and opened again, and I got the Kylo Ren pop-up. Went to shard store and I get an error message about some inqualified purchase... No shards. I hard stopped again and reopened, still nothing. Upsetting that I paid $80+ for the upgraded BF2 (Elite Trooper Edition), find out from the forum that others got their Ren/shards for free, and I still have nothing.
The BF2 pre order gave you Kylo and Ren in that game. GoH just gave 80 shards in this game. BF2 was the promotional excuse to give away shards. Go through help as I don’t think the devs are looking into this post anymore.

Went through help first. They told me to wait 24 hours to see if they show up. I did and they didn’t so I reopened the case. The support tech was a little dismissive and seemed mad that I reopened the case and told me to just do my dailies until Feb 1st in hopes that they show up. It’s obviously a bug and the aren’t going to show up and I’ll definitely be reopening the case on Feb 1st. It’s just a shame that support would rather put someone off than give them actual support. It should have been a really easy fix I’d think..

Keep at it, I’ve been “escalated to a specialist” - that was a week ago but I still have hope - even if it is just obi wan
