Update came and went today and my roster was not updated. I am new to the site. Is this normal? Does it take over an hour sometimes? 2 hours?

Off topic because swgoh.gg is not an official site.

Assuming you’ve set up time zone correctly, it should update after your payout on most days. Log out and log in again and manually sync if it hasn’t updated in a while.

Well it pertains to the game.

And, for anyone else with the same question, as Huatimus said, you can sync auto by updating your profile on the Setting and Sync page.
