Will "Locked" teams allow duplicate mods?

So if characters assigned to TW get locked as is, does that make it possible to lock in a team, then assign their mods to other characters, lock in that team, and rinse/repeat until all your teams are using the same sets of "best" mods you have for the mere expenditure of credits?

I know there's a lot of players that have credits just piling up, and if this can be done, I expect these folks will do so, which means everybody else will have to do so as well to remain competitive.

    I think the remove mod button gets locked when a character is assigned to TB defensive team.
  • Toons have their current level/gear/mods etc. Get locked after preview phase. For example, you can't sign up a level 60 CLS, with 6k power then upgrade him during attack to 22k power
