Shard Bundles
I think you should offer a bundle that offers just shards. Maybe a dark side and a light side. With the community's favorite characters in there. I'm not sayin 180 shards. But maybe 25-50 something but make it reasonably priced too. An all of this stuff should be reasonably priced, 40-100 packs with a useless character in them is just stupid.
