Points required for 3*

For the bottom tier we need 24m for 3*, whereas the upper tier requires 47m for 3*. Surely this isn't right?

Also the battle reward have some problem, he wrote "until 291k" and the battle give only 144k.
If all player do all battle we have only 7.2m of point, we need 40m on deploy for top territory and 17m for bottom territory. For 3 star in phase one we need a gp of 57million without ships
I think this is unbalanced.
