Is the lock in phase for territory wars supposed to be 6 days?

The preview for territory wars has been up for a day now and it still only lets you lock in and post commands and notes. I was under the impression that the lock in phase was supposed to be 24hrs followed by a defense phase and attack phase. Is this intentional or a bug?

So what is it we are supposed to do till then? It’s hard to plan if I know very little of what’s going on. Right now it’s just me and a few officers posting funny comments on the different territories lol. Also all the bonuses on our side favor resistance and first order. Is that what they want us to use? So confused

Yeah I think the set it for 6 days to allow tb to run out. But why not wait till it's over? We can't do anything but issue orders and comments until then. We don't learn anything that way.
