Hermit Yoda under GK lead

Here’s a question for everyone, under a GK lead when a Jedi uses a team heal ability everyone gets an attack. So Hermit Yodas basic heals everyone yet doesn’t give everyone an attack. Is that working as intended? Am I missing something? Is this WAI?

It says team healing "special" ability not team healing "basic" ability. So it appears it's working correctly.

It does trigger a Rebel assist under an Ackbar lead though.
