I just came to phone with EA support. The man said me that the problem is no resolved. He has received a mail of the technician of "galaxy of heroes" which said that he hopes the problem will be solved this week...
@CG_RyDiggs@CG_Kozispoon Is this issue going to be resolved? I could have sworn I read a post that you can manually force the rewards to players? Is that not true? Is there a time table for this issue to be resolved, beside "working on it"?

While we have pushed a pushed a fix on 11/30 that provided the missing rewards for a majority of players, it appears there's a small minority who are still missing rewards. Following up on this issue with the team to update further.
Most of the missing Dark Side Territory Battle rewards were provided with a game fix on 11/30. However, we're currently investigating reports of a small number of players who are still missing their 11/29 Dark Side Territory Battle rewards after that fix.
While we do not have a specific date for this, we hope to resolve this soon and provide further information via the Dev Announcement post
We have a ton of events, tb, tw and daily arena running where every single piece of gear, shards for characters, currency and crystals can make the difference of succeeding or failing. We have been missing out on the single biggest source of those resources for 2 weeks. In addition we have and are still suffering severe psychological damage caused by the ea support and the waiting game we are clearly stuck with. An appropriate compensation would be a nice move from CG's side. @CG_Kozispoon
The appropriate compensation for would just simply be the rewards from the event that I still have not received. Nothing more needed, but less is unacceptable.

So the studio is saying that I left the guild before my DSTB awards came out. This is simply not true. They can check my lifetime guild contributions and raid points that would have reset. I have been in the same guild before the first TB started.
Had a similar problem. First they told me I joined my guild while the ds tb was running already, that was the reason I was not aligable for the rewards. Showed them screenshots with me participating in the tb, no responses for 2 weeks. Got my rewards 3 days ago. Only thx goes to @CG_RyDiggs, the support from ea was a big disapointing mess

What does "the rewards are being issued" mean exactly? Being issued until next year or what?
Of course I have logged out of my google play account and logged back in, several times, to no avail.
