Still no TB rewards from yesterday. I followed instructions, still nothing.

Still no TB rewards from yesterday, it has been over 24 hours. I posted a ticket on ea.com help. Here is the EA Case number: 36179812

I also posted on the ea forums. I have received an email saying someone would contact me, but nothing has happened. I've also restarted several times. My other other guild members got their rewards, but not me. What gives EA/CG??

They supposedly updated again that they need more time. They also think it’s because they had battles and was so close together
