Isn't there supposed to be another TW that's starts today 12/1?

I thought the same thing. We've entered some sort of 24 hour review phase.

I read that they were going to wait an hour to start the next one (so they don't have another reward bug)

But I don't even see it upcoming

I think they said that "next time" they will wait an hour, not that there will be another TW one hour after this one have finished
