I imagine that would open the door for all sorts of collusiony shenanigans. As others have suggested, there are lots of good tie-breakers. No need for a sister-kisser at all.
I wouldn’t mind having a tie breaker to determine a winner, otherwise you are pretty much always going to get second place rewards unless the guilds are massively mismatched
Why not three levels of rewards then? Win, loss, tie. Where rewards for tie are better than for a loss, but not as good as a win. But, better yet, make the system work where ties are rare or impossible.
