Sabine's Darksaber

It says within the description that the armor shred effects stack, but when doing it twice or more on one enemy I don't see a 2 or 3 above the symbol. Am I misinterpreting the text wrong?

Any clarification on this issue would be greatly appreciated!

Moved to strategy section.

It does say stacking, but is not showing any stacking effects, may be a bug.

Yeah, I’ve never seen her stack either. I’ve used Phoenix pretty exclusively in GW the last few days and can confirm she isn’t stacking.
