Leave the banner system as it is now. If two sides have same number of banners, count how many waves the use to attack, the side uses fewer attacks win.

This is NOT the same as awarding 1 banner to a successful defense. If one side cannot defeat the enemy defense team within 10 waves, there is no point of attacking, which removes the fun of this mode.

The attack waves should only be used if there’s a tie. At the same time it won’t destroy the incentive to attack if one can still win by conquering more territories, even with more waves.
