How not to get kicked from a heroic-raid guild
This has been said elsewhere, but I think it can't be stressed enough.
If you are wanting to move to a higher-level guild that is doing heroic raids, there will be strict rules about when to hit and how much damage you can do. You MUST pay consistent attention to in-game chat and whatever other chat is set up out of game.
We have had to kick so many people who spoiled it for everyone else by not paying attention to the rules and guild communication.
