Ship ability upgrade notification

When i have ability upgrade for ships available there is no red notification anymore.
But before it existed

I tried submitting a bug report through the new area, and it legit would not let me submit anything lol

Yes this is also happened to me. minor bug. Id prefer they fixed daily ticket count first.
