Here's the secret. Make it 100% drop rate weekend instead of double drop. Anyone who is willing to buy refreshes will when knowing they're guaranteed the drops. Hard nodes are usually what I need to farm most and buying refreshes is impractical for me since 0 x 2 = 0.
