Suggestion: Villains journey

well now we have 2 hero's journey events now. here is a suggestion how about a Villian's journey, i know star wars follows the hero's closer which i get and understand, but how about, we have for example a villians journey that follows events of that villian example, how about Darth Bane. there are a ton of characters but what charater that we love that is not in SWGOHs yet that would be good to have added in?

The only chance of that is maybe Lando, becuase, like, he was a villain BUT, he also has a Rebel tag? And you know that's what really matters... so, that's probably you're only hope.

Someone like Darth Bane would never get a Heroes journey. It's really angled towards the main protagonist of each story a trilogy follows. The closest thing to a villains journey that I think we would see would have to do with Anakin and his path to becoming Darth Vader through the prequels. This would would have the potential to add a Darth Vader that's actually worthy of it. Then again they could just rework him alongside Palpatine and the rest of the Empire needing it. I definitely agree though, we are in need of DS characters that are of the caliber the heroes journey characters are.

I'd love a villian's journey for ROTS anakin (but, I'm assuming you'd have to skip the whole younglings thing). The main issue is that all the other villains rarely have much backstory - they just appear (dooku, grievous, maul, jango) and are dispatched pretty quickly. Maybe TLJ will change this?

Thrawn? Is he not of the same caliber? My 22k gp thrawn can hunt CLS teams. Not so sure about LJR though

indeed that is a problem and the only villians that dont just appear are in the expanded universe Bane in the good series is awesome as an example, besides vader or Palpatine

Anakin vs. Waves of tuskens? And then Anakin , Kenobi and Padme (?) Against waves of geonosians and battledroids? Anakin and Kenobi vs Dooku (x2?) Anakin vs Younglings? Anakin vs Kenobi (rigged for kenobi to win)? It would be hard to make a villians journey in way that reflects hero's journey.

Isn't there going to be a Boba Fet stand alone film? He seems like he'd be a good fit for this type of event, but it would need to coincide with his feature film.

Asajj Ventress has an interesting story as an apprentice to Doku and then bounty hunter, maybe we get a version of her that is Sith?

You skipped the chase with Zam Wesle, also you would need to bring his Padawan Ashoka to back him up.

You need these 5 characters at 7*, JKA, GK, Ashoka, Yoda, Palpatine

1. Anakin vs Zam Wesle
2. Anakin vs 5 Tuskans
3. Anakin, Ashoka, GK, Yoda vs Geonisians and Battle Droids
4. Anakin, Ashoka vs Greavus
5. Anakin, GK vs Doku - rigged to loose then you use Yoda vs Doku
6. Anakin & Palpatine vs Mace Windu
7. Anakin vs Generic Jedi (sentinels and Counselors since we don't have younglings in game)
8. Anakin vs GK rigged to loose

7* Legacy Vader,or call him ROS Vader, and this time lets add in Force Choke, instant defeat depending on what kind of character it is.

Now that we have an ancient heroes journey with Jedi revan this could hold some merit for someone like Darth Bane. If they follow the books for Bane you could easily start out as a miner on apatross where you fight old republic soldiers followed by his days in the sith army also fighting old republic soldiers. Move on to his time as a sith beating foharg in the dueling arena then cirak. Being ambushed in the library by cirak and his cronies. Or defeating his master kassim on the world where he found revans holocron, eventually setting off the thought bomb and destroying kaan and the brotherhood of darkness. It would be an epic villians journey for sure.
