Make leader to another character

How can i make leader to another character in my squad? Cab u help me please?

The top left slot on the screen when you choose who you want to fight is the leader slot. If you click whoever is in there it will remove them and you can replace it with who ever you choose in the empty slot. Just make sure who you choose has leader skills so not to waste the slot.
